OREA first considers the moisture information, treats the agreed area and allows for appropriate drying and preparation. Decoration begins only when the surface is suitable for the specified system.

Complete-finish scope

Depending on the quotation, work can include removal of loose coating, minor filling, sanding, compatible stain blocker or primer, a suitable anti-mould or condensation-resistant coating where appropriate, and agreed finish coats to walls or ceilings.

What may need a separate quotation

Major plaster or plasterboard replacement, insulation, structural damp, plumbing or roof leaks, ventilation installation, contaminated porous materials, high access and extensive containment are not included unless written into the scope.

Mould Spot Rescue with complete finish starts at £349; one-room treatment and complete finish starts at £549; multi-room complete work starts at £1,295. Colours, surface repairs and room size affect the final quotation.
