If mould returns on the exact OREA-treated surface because our application was defective, notify us within 90 days. We inspect and, where covered, repeat that treatment once without a labour charge.

If OREA-applied paint or coating peels, blisters or fails within 12 months because our preparation or application was defective, notify us. Where covered, we repair the workmanship without labour charge.
Exclusions
New or unresolved leaks, condensation, ventilation or building defects; untreated areas; hidden or unsound substrates; movement; customer or third-party damage/work; and failure to follow care advice are not covered.
Claim
Contact us promptly with invoice reference, photos and description and allow inspection. A valid statutory remedy is not rejected merely because a separate guarantee condition is unmet.
