Eligibility and fair scope
Plans start after an initial OREA assessment or completed treatment and are confirmed for one property. They do not include full-room treatment, emergency call-outs, formal damp surveys, leak or ventilation repairs, replacement materials, full decoration, access equipment or major making-good.
How to join
Plans are not purchased automatically online. Register interest, receive the written plan terms and payment schedule from OREA Properties Ltd, and start only after acceptance. Consumer cancellation rights and the agreed minimum period will be stated before payment.
