Tell us promptly if something is not right.
GET FREE PHOTO ADVICEStep 2 — Investigate
We review the quotation, messages and work records and may inspect. We aim for a substantive response within 10 working days or will explain why more time is needed.
Step 3 — Review
If unhappy, request a final review and explain what was missed. We aim to send our final position within a further 10 working days.
Outcomes and rights
Possible outcomes include an explanation, corrected record, return visit, eligible repeat work, or proportionate reduction/refund where legally appropriate. This procedure does not affect statutory rights or independent advice.
