We ask for your express request before starting within 14 days. If you cancel before completion, we may charge proportionately for work properly supplied. After full performance with the required request and acknowledgement, the cancellation right may end.
Advance payments and materials
We do not use a blanket non-refundable deposit. Outside a statutory right, we may retain only a fair amount for reasonable loss or costs, such as agreed non-returnable materials and completed work, and refund the balance.
Rescheduling and refunds
Contact us early. We normally try to move a booking without charge where no loss results. Fair evidenced costs may apply to repeated or late changes. Due refunds are made without undue delay and normally within 14 days.

Call 07721 949000 or email hello@oreaproperties.co.uk with your name, postcode, reference and clear request. Statutory rights are unaffected.
