GET FREE PHOTO ADVICEDo you just clean the mould?
No. We consider the likely moisture cause, treat the quoted surface and explain repairs. Choose treatment only or a complete finish with suitable repairs, primer and painting.
Can you decorate afterwards?
Yes. Painting and decorating is central to the service. We decorate when the treated surface is sufficiently dry, sound and ready for the specified coating.
How much does it cost?
Mould Spot Rescue begins at £179, Room Rescue at £299 and Multi-Room Shield at £649 for treatment. Complete treatment, suitable repair and decorating begins at £349. The written quotation controls the final scope and price.
Is the first check free?
A 15-minute photo or video check is free. An on-site mould and moisture visit is £69 in our core Midlands area and is credited to eligible treatment booked within 30 days.
Will mould never return?
No responsible company can promise that. Mould can return if a leak, condensation, ventilation problem or another moisture source remains. Our guarantee covers specified workmanship.
Do you work for landlords?
Yes. We provide photographs, treatment, repairs, decoration, end-of-tenancy resets and aftercare. Landlords remain responsible for legal duties and building defects.
Does OREA Assistant give medical advice?
No. Until the live AI connection is ready, OREA Assistant uses approved business information and clear decision rules. It cannot diagnose symptoms or inspect a property. Contact your GP or NHS 111 about symptoms and use 999 in an emergency.
